“Very easy to use. A quick run through during install was enough to get us up and going. We then had one follow up training session after a couple of weeks use so we could ask questions specific to our requirements. We are currently only really using the system for access management to our construction site via a turnstile. However, we have been able to use the system to review clock in/out times to compare against and substantiate subcontractor payment claims which has already proved very valuable.
We have found the system to be very reliable and have had no issues to date. Excellent customer support, support request emails are responded to very quickly and are usually followed up with a phone call. Support team are very happy to stay on the phone and talk through any issues/questions which is great as its far more personal than email/chat support.”
