Project Management & Planning
Timeworks will provide a project managed service to deliver on all objectives outlined within the company audit. Over the years Timeworks have developed a highly specialised, structured and implementation process to guarantee a successful service is delivered with as little as possible disruption to your company.
The Planning and implementing of your system allows Timeworks to consider the advantages and disadvantages of Introducing procedures at a realistic pace, that is manageable within your company. Helping you set goals and the allocation of different administrative roles for the management of the system, also become vital.
Installation & Setup
The installation & setup procedure will be carried out by a trained Timeworks engineer and involves the installation of your hardware and software. The assigned engineer will be aware of your company parameters and objectives of the system from the system specification carried out.
Company employees may be asked to participate in the setup of the system as part of the training process, which helps your employees understand the management of the system and its setup.
The engineer will liaise best practice procedures with company employees to make sure a full understanding of the setup and installation procedure takes place.
Timeworks will customise the training session to meet specific needs. We can create a training schedule for different users to ensure that training does not conflict with any of your work schedules.
Onsite Training is carried out in the first instance to introduce full confidence in training procedures and to make sure of the step by step understanding of system operations.
Training manuals and CD’s are provided after initial training sessions for backup support and reference guides.
Further training sessions can be requested on site or remotely to accommodate individual needs or changes to your systems. Customers will also be invited to attend up and coming events on system training, product information and general information seminars.
