“Once the software is setup its very simple to use. If in doubt the help and support available will get you through any problems. We spent the time at the start getting the users setup correctly, so now what took us hours going through timesheets is done in a matter of minutes. We find the system very flexible especially since we have some staff being paid per hour and others being paid different amounts depending on there shift. The only problems we have ever had with Kelio is our own hardware, the support team at Timeworks have helped us every time there has been a problem.”
